01 / WHAT WE HELP YOU CREATE
From a spark
of an idea.
To a product
in your hands.
A character concept, a sketch, or even just a few words — we turn it into a plush product you can hold in your hands and produce at scale.

Made to be held.
From concept design, 3D pattern making and sampling to bulk production, packaging, testing and export, all you need to say is “yes” or “let’s refine it.” We take care of everything in between.
We’ve made everything from thumb-sized charms to life-sized mascots; from branded character plush and museum merchandise to interactive electronic toys and traditional silk figurines. If it’s soft, sewn or stuffed, we’ve tried it.
02 / WHY WE CAN DELIVER
A decade of making.
8,000+ designs brought to life.
Since 2016, we’ve developed samples for more than 8,000 plush designs. On average, 16 new ideas become physical products in our studio every week.
What makes that possible?
Technical support from Zhejiang University
We are the Yangzhou implementation team for Zhejiang University’s Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Computer-Aided Product Innovation Design. Our 3D pattern-making capability is built on engineering expertise, far beyond a basic workshop setup.
Control over the entire process
Design, pattern making, sewing, stuffing and packaging are all managed within our own operation, without passing your project through layers of subcontractors.
Carefully selected fabrics and fillings
Choose from more than a dozen fabrics, including short-pile plush, crystal velboa and Sailer plush, all tested for environmental safety. Fillings include PP cotton, foam beads and down-alternative fibre, selected to suit your project.
Projects for recognisable names
Our portfolio includes Alibaba Group mascots, Vanke’s dolphin, Gymboree, Haidilao cultural merchandise and the character IP for the Sishui Peach Blossom Festival in Shandong.

03 / HOW SMALL CAN YOU START?
Start with just 10.
Talk design, in English.
We take the small orders that larger factories turn away. Not because we’re “small,” but because we believe great products begin with small batches.
Orders from just 10 pieces
Want to see how your idea looks in real life? Make 10 pieces to test the market? Absolutely.
Direct communication in English
No interpreter and no trading company in the middle. Discuss your requirements in English directly with our design contact.
Everything under one roof
Design → sampling → production → packaging → testing and certification coordination → delivery to your door. You won’t need to find five or six separate suppliers.
Refined until you’re happy
We provide 2–3 rounds of revisions during sampling to make sure the finished piece matches what you have in mind.
04 / HOW WE RESPECT YOUR IDEAS
Your design.
Always your design.
We come from a design background ourselves, so we understand better than anyone how it feels to see an original idea copied.
Confidentiality agreements
All client design materials are covered by an NDA. Nothing is made public without permission.
An official copyright workstation
We are a four-star copyright workstation in Yangzhou and can help you register copyright in China.
The Wanju Chuangyibao platform
We operate China’s first platform for authenticating original plush toy designs, supported by trusted timestamp technology from the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. More than 6,000 designers and businesses use it.
Written permission before we share
If we would like to feature your work in our portfolio, we will ask for your written permission first. Without that permission, your design stays between you and us.
05 / WHY WE DO MORE THAN PRODUCTION
We teach design.
So we understand products.
Many factories tell you how many years they’ve been making things. We want to tell you something more: we don’t just make toys ourselves — we teach others how to make them, too.

Training the next generation of pattern makers
We train approximately 80–100 adult plush toy designers each year and help them find work in the industry. We know the value of a skilled pattern maker, which is why our own team is held to the highest standards.

3D fabric toy maker education
We bring our programme into primary and secondary schools, teaching children aged 9–12 to design and make their own fabric dolls from scratch. We believe an understanding of design should start young — part of our long-term commitment to the industry.
Reviving Yangzhou’s silk figurine heritage
Our founder, Li Jiarun, spent years studying historical records to revive the lost art of Yangzhou silk figurine making, now recognised as district-level intangible cultural heritage. A team capable of making these “palace toys” brings a level of craftsmanship you can trust to modern plush production.
