A little green attitude
A green furry character with embroidered eyes and long carrying straps.
About this custom plush
A green furry character with embroidered eyes and long carrying straps. This character plush toy was custom-made from a client's original idea at our Yangzhou plush toy workshop. Every detail — from the embroidered facial features to the fabric selection — was crafted to match the design brief. As a custom plush toy manufacturer, we work closely with brands, illustrators and creators to turn sketches and reference images into production-ready soft toys.
From sketch to sample
This project began with a simple reference image and a short description. Our design team created a 2D pattern, selected the right green fabrics, and produced a first sample within days. After reviewing the sample together, we adjusted proportions, facial expression and texture until the client approved. This iterative sampling process is how we ensure every custom stuffed animal matches the original vision before bulk production begins.
Materials & craftsmanship
Made with soft, durable minky or velvet fabrics and hypoallergenic PP cotton filling, this character plush toy is built to last. All embroidery is done in-house, and every seam is reinforced for strength. We produce custom plush toys in quantities from 1 to 100,000 pieces, so whether you need a single prototype or a full production run, our Yangzhou factory can handle it.
