More pieces.
Better value per piece.
One or two pieces, a few dozen or a large run: every order gets our care. Small runs still carry embroidery and cutting setup costs. Above about 300 pieces per design, unit pricing generally becomes more economical. Larger quantities help spread setup costs, reduce material costs and let skilled makers work more efficiently.
Send your design artwork and quantity for an estimated price and schedule. For a sample, our fastest turnaround is two days; most are completed within 15 days after the design and materials are confirmed.

FAQ.
Design, materials, sampling and production: what to know before we start.
What do you need to estimate a price and lead time?
We need your design artwork and the quantity for each design before we can estimate pricing and timing. Please also share the intended size and material preferences. If you only have an idea, we can discuss it first, then clarify the design before quoting. Bulk production timing is confirmed for your specific project.
How quickly can you make a sample?
For suitable projects, a sample can be ready in as little as two days. Sample development is generally completed within 15 days once the design, materials and sampling requirements are confirmed. Material sourcing and revisions can affect the schedule; shipping time is separate. Confirming materials promptly is the best way to keep sampling moving quickly.
How much does sampling cost?
Sample development typically costs US$100–200. We confirm the price and scope after reviewing your design. Production and shipping are quoted separately.
Can you work from an AI-generated image?
Yes. We review AI artwork with you, confirm fabrics and discuss practical construction methods. We explain which details can be reproduced faithfully and which need adapting, so you understand the achievable result before sampling. Prompt material approval helps us start faster.
Can you find the fabric shown in my design?
Our studio is next to a fabric market, giving us access to roughly 80–90% of the commonly available fabrics we may need. If the particular fabric in your design is unavailable locally, you will need to source it online and send it to us. We discuss material suitability and availability with you before work begins.
Will fabric colours be identical across every batch?
Fabric is dyed in batches, and the same colour can be slightly lighter or darker in a later dye lot. These dye-lot variations cannot be completely avoided. Keep this in mind when comparing a sample with bulk materials or placing a repeat order; we discuss material choices with you.
Do you accept one, two or a few dozen pieces?
Yes. We give small projects the same care as large orders. However, embroidery preparation and fabric cutting involve setup work even for a very small quantity. With fewer pieces to share those costs, the price per piece is higher.
When does a larger order become better value?
Orders above about 300 pieces per design generally reach a more economical unit price. As quantity increases, embroidery and cutting setup costs are spread across more pieces, material purchasing becomes more efficient, and experienced makers become more familiar with the design. The actual saving depends on the design, fabrics and construction; 300 pieces is a useful guide rather than a fixed price threshold.
How do you maintain quality in bulk production?
We carefully select the makers assigned to each production run. Each maker must pass a practical assessment for that particular design before joining the run. The approved sample is our production reference, and our goal is to give every finished piece the same excellent finish and care as the sample.
How can I compare different quantities?
Send the same design with the quantities you are considering, such as 100, 300 and 1,000 pieces. We can explain how materials, embroidery and cutting affect each option, and estimate the price and production schedule for your project.
